PERDURAR Y NO ENDURECER
El tiempo que se está en el violeta hasta que el espiral nos lleva al presente. Estar. Estarse. Así, oscilando en un desplazamiento del azul al verde. Respirar. Detenerse en los hoyitos de la naranja como técnica para pensar. Respirar profundo para experimentar en el cuerpo lo cóncavo y convexo de un mismo aliento que te centra en el anaranjado –un nombre que tiende hacia un color y despierta la necesidad de cuestionar si se ha llegado. Estar, que conjuga el presente, y quedarse no son necesariamente los mismos aspectos de la quietud.

es el espacio entre la boca y las escaleras
que suben y bajan y dan vértigo porque
así es pronunciar, una palabra ya te hace
y te puede deshacer cuando te dicen:
cáncer.
Es el ir y venir de una biopsia
a un diagnóstico a una operación y todo el tiempo
intentar recordar que yo soy la que estoy
entre el verbo ser y estar.
CUENTAGOTAS
La lluvia demora el tiempo a veces
mojando, a veces, golpetea
pudiendo ser
música, liberación
o violencia.
Si te gusta el verde
seguramente siempre
tengas un paraguas a mano
y te atrevés a dejar
un codo o la mochila o el gamulán
por fuera para fundirse en él.
Una gota y otra
embarran, mojan, cambian
el tiempo.
El apego al minuto anterior
demorado a veces, sincopado otras
no toma en cuenta los tonos de
verde de cada brizna, cada brisa
que separa el cabello
en paraguas.
Laura Cesarco Eglin is a poet and translator from Uruguay.
